ASSOCIATES

My practice focuses on the hip and knee.  I specialize in hip and knee replacement, including first time and revision surgeries.  With regards to first time hip and knee replacement my intent always is  to provide the least invasive option available to speed recovery and decrease pain.  I work with the anesthesiology staff to give the best pain control options available for each patient.  I also have an interest in partial replacements for both young and old patients when the situation is appropriate for such a decision.

I have a busy revision practice and enjoy taking care of patients with these types of problems.  These may be patients with an unsatisfactory result after recent surgery or patients with a knee or hip replacement years ago that needs to be redone.  With today's technology and improved surgical technique we can expect much success in these situations.

While achieving a great surgical outcome is certainly the most important focus, I expect the patient to be satisfied with his/her overall experience.  Each patient should expect to feel our caring, communication, and service in the office before and after surgery is as good as the surgical result.  We strive for each patient to get back to enjoying life as quickly as possible.
